Q: What is a Korean lash lift?

A Korean lash lift is a beauty treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes from the root, giving a wide-eyed, curled effect without extensions. It uses specialized shields/rods and a perming solution to set the curl.

Q: Are your shields reusable?

Yes! Our shields and rods are washable and reusable. After each use, gently clean them with soap and lash cleanser and water.

 

Q: What perm solution do you recommend for beginners?

We recommend the Lifted lounge perm solution for beginners — they are gentle yet effective. Always follow the timing instructions carefully and do a strand test before a full application.

 

Q: What is the Magic Balm used for?

The Magic Balm (K No-Glue Balm) is used as an adhesive substitute with our no-glue shields. It provides a gentle hold to keep the shield in place during the lash lift process — no traditional glue needed.

 

Q: How do I use Keratin Cream after a lash lift?

Our Keratin Cream (Keratin + Collagen) is applied as a nourishing step 3 in the lash lift process. It helps condition and strengthen the lashes after the perming process, leaving them soft and healthy-looking.

💰 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of beauty products, we do not accept returns. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@liftedlounge.store with photos and we'll make it right.
