Want to skip the shipping fee? You can pick up your order for free at our studio in Artesia, CA.
How It Works
- Shop online and choose Pickup at checkout.
- Please add your phone number in the order notes so we can reach you about your pickup.
- Already have a day or time in mind for pickup? Let us know right after you order (email or text) — we'll check if we can have your order ready by then.
- Wait for your "Ready for pickup" email. Most orders are ready within 1 business day, but it can sometimes take 2 or more days.
- Before you come, please confirm your pickup time with us by email or text. Then stop by during our pickup hours below.

Please note: Saturday pickup is by appointment only — please email or text us first to set up a time. For weekday pickups, please also confirm your pickup time with us by email or text before you come. If you need a time outside these hours, text or email us and we'll let you know if it's possible.

When will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready within 1 business day, but it can sometimes take 2 or more days. We'll contact you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that message before you come. Have a day you'd like to pick up? Tell us right after you order, and we'll do our best to have it ready.
Can I pick up on Saturday?
Yes, but Saturday pickup is by appointment only. Please email or text us to set up a time before you come.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine) and your name.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! Just have them show your order confirmation email at pickup.
How long will you hold my order?
We'll hold your order for 14 days. Need more time? Just let us know.
Can I shop in person at the studio?
Yes — in-store shopping is available by appointment only. Please contact us ahead of time to set up a visit — walk-ins most likely won't work.
What about digital products?
Online courses and e-books are delivered by email — there's nothing to pick up.
