At Lifted Lounge, we want to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for every order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this shipping policy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
Standard Shipping — $6.99 (Free on orders $120+)
Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days after shipment.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders totaling $120 or more.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Lifted Lounge does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping cost will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cases where a package is delayed or arrives outside the estimated delivery window.
Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
Lifted Lounge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address entered by the customer. Orders delivered to an incorrect address cannot be refunded, reshipped, or replaced at our expense.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Lifted Lounge is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier (including tracking data and delivery scans) constitutes proof of delivery. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues after shipment.
Lifted Lounge reserves the right to use delivery confirmation and tracking records as evidence in any chargeback or payment dispute.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide to 180+ countries through our partnership with Global-e, who acts as the merchant of record for international orders.
Duties and import taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.
International orders ship via FedEx International Connect Plus (3–9 business days) or DHL Express Worldwide (1–4 business days), depending on the option selected at checkout.
International returns are handled through Global-e. Please contact us before initiating any international return.
Digital Products
Digital products, including online courses and downloadable materials, are delivered electronically via email or account access. No physical shipping is required.
Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase. Delivery of digital products is considered complete once access credentials or download links have been sent. Access logs and timestamps serve as proof of delivery for digital products.
Order Issues & Disputes
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at care@liftedlounge.store before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may be considered a breach of this agreement. All shipping records, tracking information, and delivery confirmations will be provided to your financial institution as evidence in any dispute proceeding.
